Mexico City generates fake earthquake from World Cup celebration

When Mexico stunned Germany with a one to zero win in soccer’s world cup in Russia. The Earth shook thousands of miles away.

Fans who gathered in Mexico City erupted after Mexico scored the game’s only goal.

And seismic detectors in the capital registered a false earthquake.

Geologists said the shaking may have been generated by "massive jumps" across the city.
