X’s Lose to Wichita Wingnuts in game two, 3-0

Last night the Explorers started a three game series against the Wichita Wingnuts and came out short.

Tonight the X’s are tried to bounce back in game two.

It was a beautiful night at the Explorers home field.

Right away top of the second, one more out to go, Luis Mateo shows no mercy for John Nester as he gets his final Strike leading into the third.

Top of the third, two on Base for the Wingnuts, Zach Nehrir gets a grounder down center field leading teammate Leo Vargas to home plate. Score 1-0.

Bottom of the third Luis Durango  takes bat, he hits a grounder going right center field- Durango sprinting to first and he makes it to the plate safe.

The X’s will lose tonight 3-0.
