(KTIV) – Children young and old will be making a stop in South Sioux City, Nebraska, this weekend to learn everything about trains.
The 7th annual Sioux City Train Show runs from March 9-10 at the Delta Hotel Center, 485 E. 5th Street, in South Sioux City. Saturday’s event runs from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased through Sioux City Cosmopolitan Club members or at the door for $6.
One-hundred-thirty vendors will be on hand with operating layouts. Everything from wooden trains, a push-pull train ride, and a garden railroad will be available.
Tom Munson from the Sioux City Public Museum will also be on hand to talk about historical railroads in Sioux City
