SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Nebraska (KTIV) — On Tuesday, South Sioux City High School introduced a new head football coach. Now South Sioux is looking for a new head boys basketball coach for the first time in 14 years. The school says they cannot comment on personnel issues but did confirm that the job is open and posted.

Terry Comstock has been the Cardinals head coach since 2005. Contacted on Thursday, Comstock told us he could not comment.

Comstock led South Sioux City to their only three state boys championships,  in 2010, 2011 and 2013. Before coming to South Sioux, Comstock was an assistant at Bishop Heelan and played at Briar Cliff.

The Cardinals were 8-14 last season.
