- 3 to 4 Cups of cooked chicken cut into chunks
- 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Minute Rice (uncooked)
- 1 Roll of Ritz Crackers(crumbled)
- 3/4 stick of butter (melted)
- Combine the chicken, soup, sour cream, rice and cheese.
- Pour into greased 9X13 pan.
- Top with crushed crackers and pour melted butter over top.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
