What’s Cookin’?: Rhonda’s Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 cans of Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 Large bag of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can of Peas & Carrots
  • 1 can of diced potatoes
  • 1 Stick of Melted Butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cans (12.5 ounces each) of chicken breast
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 boxes Pillsbury Pie Crusts
  • 1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together
  2. Put mixture into pie crusts
  3. Crimp crust to secure mixture
  4. Cut holes in top of pie crust
  5. Bast the crust with beaten egg to brown crust
  6. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for at least 1 hour
