SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – We continued our warming trend today with sunshine and highs in the 70s.
Changes start to move in overnight as a cold front will push through the area.
Along and behind that front, there will be a chance of rain developing and this will last through the first half of Thursday before we clear out some during the afternoon.
A north wind will be between 10 and 20 miles per hour although temperatures will still be very nice near 70 degrees.
Friday is looking like we’ll stay but temperatures will take another step back with highs in the low 60s.
Good chances of rain, and even a few thunderstorms, will move in Friday night with a chance of a few showers lingering into Saturday with highs staying cool in the mid 50s.
Those rain chances move out by Saturday night and Sunday is looking partly cloudy with highs near 60.
Rain showers become possible again Sunday night with shower chances continuing from Monday through Wednesday with highs staying in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees.
