- 5.3 oz container plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream (can substitute all yogurt if prefer)
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 medium cucumber, partially peeled, shredded and squeezed to remove excess liquid.
- Mix all ingredients together well with a rubber spatula.
- Cover and Keep refrigerated till ready to use. Keeps one week in refrigerator.
