What’s Cookin’?: Tzatziki


  • 5.3 oz container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (can substitute all yogurt if prefer)
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 medium cucumber, partially peeled, shredded and squeezed to remove excess liquid.


  • Mix all ingredients together well with a rubber spatula.
  • Cover and Keep refrigerated till ready to use. Keeps one week in refrigerator.
