Ingredients for meatballs:
- 1.5 lb hamburger (or 1 lb hamburger and .5 lb ground pork)
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 to 1.5 cups water (start with 1 cup)
Ingredients for gravy:
- 1 jar beef gravy
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk or half & half
- Mix ingredients for meatballs and form them into 1-1.5″ balls.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (turn meatballs over after 10 minutes).
- Heat gravy mixture until warmed through, then add meatballs to combine before serving.
