Ingredients for meatballs:

  • 1.5 lb hamburger (or 1 lb hamburger and .5 lb ground pork)
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 to 1.5 cups water (start with 1 cup)

Ingredients for gravy:

  • 1 jar beef gravy
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk or half & half

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients for meatballs and form them into 1-1.5″ balls.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (turn meatballs over after 10 minutes).
  3. Heat gravy mixture until warmed through, then add meatballs to combine before serving.
