Bandits get a big win over Wichita

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – The Sioux City Bandits defeated the Wichita Force 49-27 Saturday night at the Tyson Event Center.

Dillon Turner set the pace for the offense in the first quarter with two rushing touchdowns. The quarterback added two touchdown passes as well. Fred Bruno led the receiving corps with 5 catches for 57 yards and a touchdown. Braden Meints and Andre London each tallied a rushing touchdown.

The Bandits defense forced four turnovers and recorded two sacks in the win. Sioux City moves to 5-4 on the season. They’re back at home Saturday, June 8th.
