What’s Cookin’?: Charlotte’s Corn

  • 2 cans of cream style corn
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 sleeve of club crackers or Ritz cracker made into very fine crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients and put into a greased 9×13 cake pan.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 35-45 minutes.
  3. When you jiggle the pan if the stuff moves it needs to be baked longer. If it doesn’t move it is done and ready to serve.
