- 2 cans of cream style corn
- 1 stick of butter melted
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 sleeve of club crackers or Ritz cracker made into very fine crumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients and put into a greased 9×13 cake pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 35-45 minutes.
- When you jiggle the pan if the stuff moves it needs to be baked longer. If it doesn’t move it is done and ready to serve.
