SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – We dried out today and our skies brightened although temperatures remained well below average for this time of year with a strong north wind.
That wind will settle down tonight and it’s going to be cool with lows dipping into the mid 40s.
Thursday will not be as windy, but the wind we do have will be out of the south and we’ll warm up a bit more into the mid 70s under mostly sunny skies.
Friday is also looking very nice as highs get into the upper 70s with just a few clouds overhead.
By Friday night, we’ll see a chance of some thunderstorms moving into the region with a slight chance still around on Saturday when we’ll see highs a little warmer in the low 80s.
It’s looking like Sunday should stay mostly dry with highs near 80 degrees.
Temperatures will remain about the same on Monday but we could see a small chance of a couple thunderstorms.
Better thunderstorm chances return on Tuesday and Wednesday with highs both days in the upper 70s.
