Grillin’ With News 4: Steak Seasoning
Ingredients (Rub):
- 3/4 – 1 Cup Kosher Salt
- 2 – 3 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Ingredients (Compound Butter):
- 2 Sticks (1/2 lbs.) Softened Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Parsley Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Mix ingredients thoroughly until smooth
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm
