**Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Harrison and Shelby County until 10 PM**

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – Some thunderstorms passed through Siouxland last night while many of us were sleeping.

As the day began, the clouds cleared out and we saw a mostly sunny sky across the region.

The high was in the low 80s.

But this afternoon, just south of our viewing area, thunderstorms made their way east.

Some thunderstorms may occur in southern Siouxland as we finish up the day.

Tonight some isolated showers and even a thunderstorm may move into Siouxland.

Those may linger into Wednesday morning, but most of Wednesday will be partly cloudy, with a high in the mid 80s.

Wednesday night thunderstorms return, and there is a possibility of some being severe, so keep an eye on the radar.

The lows also start to warm up, with the next few nights being near 70.

Those isolated storms and showers may linger through Thursday.

Thursday’s high will be in the mid 80s.

Friday will be partly cloudy, with a high in the low 90s.

The weekend is looking to be a hot one.

Saturday sees more sunshine, but both days will have highs in the mid 90s.

Monday cools slightly, with a high in the low 90s, and a partly cloudy sky.
