SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – The Sioux City Career Academy health science space is getting a new name.
The space will now be called the “CNOS Health Science Suite”, thanks to a $75,000 donation from CNOS.
The suite is located in the Ho-Chunk Center.
The principal of the Sioux City Career Academy says that she is grateful for the partnership.
“To know that they are there supporting us along the way is great. We look forward to having the chance to partner with the CNOS board members, but also their doctors and staff and just give our kids opportunities to see what exist in the future for them in the health care industry,” said Katie Towler, Principal of the Sioux City Career Academy.
Five-hundred kids are taking part in the health science program, and administrators hope the new partnership with CNOS will bring in even more.
