ORANGE CITY, Iowa (KTIV) – A Hospers, Iowa, man has been convicted for inappropriately touching a child.

Sixty-four-year-old Michael Montgomery was convicted of second-degree sexual abuse Thursday in Sioux County District Court. He was acquitted of Lascivious Acts with a Child.

His sentencing will be done at a later date.
