MILFORD, Iowa (KUOO Radio) — GrapeTree Medical Staffing unveils its new headquarters in the former Boji Bay Pavilion building on the north edge of Milford.
The company was founded 20 years ago by Milford native Tim Kinnetz. From three people, it has grown to 5,000 employees in 12 different states. About 170 people work in the Milford facility.
Company CEO Steve Heeg says they’re in the process of adding to their marketing, sales and staffing teams. He says they have room for up to 300 employees at the new facility in Milford.
“We couldn’t be more excited about the building and how it offers such an amazing area for our teams to come together, to strategize, to work on solutions for support for our clients and also our healthcare professionals. So to be all under one roof right now is phenomenal. What people don’t know, we were spread out among two, three, four different campuses, so to have everyone under one roof is just absolutely a blessing,” said Heeg.
Grape Tree Medical Staffing helps hospitals and long-term care facilities staff nurses, RNs, CNAs and LPNs.
