Cooler temperatures stick around

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – The morning started off with thunderstorms once again.

They remained mainly up north, and some storm spotters even reported wind gusts of over 60 mph associated with those storms.

As the day moved on, the main line of storms exited our region, and all of Siouxland continued to get some light rain showers off and on.

The high reached the low 80s, cooler compared to the previous days.

Tonight, isolated thunderstorms and showers could return.

The low will be in the mid 60s.

Tomorrow will also have a slight chance of seeing some isolated thunderstorms.

The high remains in the upper 70s.

Monday will be mostly sunny, with a high around 80.

Tuesday will be very similar to Monday.

Wednesday will bring back some clouds, the high will be in the low 80s.

Thursday will be partly cloudy. Thursday’s high will be in the mid 80s.

Friday warms us back up, with a high in the upper 80s. The sky will be partly cloudy.

Saturday will have a high in the mid 80s, and a mostly sunny sky.
