- 2-3 Whole Chicken Breasts
- Italian Salad Dressing
- Ziplock plastic bag
- Metal skewers
- Cut uncooked chicken breasts with scissors into 1-inch chunks.
- Place chicken into 1-gallon ziplock bag.
- Pour enough Italian dressing into the bag to completely coat the chicken.
- Let marinate for an hour or so.
- Take chicken out and put onto metal skewers.
- Place on medium heat on the grill, turning frequently. Should cook in about 15 minutes.
