- 1 1/2 cup, Oats Groats
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Add all ingredients to crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
One serving of Oat Groats equals a 1/2 cup of oats and contains 8 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. Oat Groats can also be used in any recipe as a substitute for brown rice.
