HUBBARD, Nebraska (KTIV) – A northeast Nebraska highway has closed for repairs that may take a month to complete.
Highway 35 will be closed three miles southwest of Hubbard, Nebraska.
According to the Nebraska Department of Transportation, the highway will be closed to replace a box culvert, and to repair an embankment failure.
Patrick Boyle with Nebraska DOT says that stretch of highway sees about 4,000 cars a day.
The repairs will take about a month to complete.
A detour on Highways 9 and 20 will be marked.
