The day started with some heavy rainfall and a light show as storms made their way through Siouxland once again.
Nothing was severe but it did exasperate flooding problems in Holt County where flash flooding once again became a problem.
The good news is that, aside from some lingering showers in eastern Siouxland, we have dried out in our area and will see a pretty quiet afternoon with the strongest storms now east of our area.
Partial clearing will continue with winds picking up through the afternoon.
Clearing will continue overnight with temperatures cooler than they have been lately as we fall into the mid 50s.
Friday keeps breezy conditions in place with plenty of sunshine and highs in the mid 70s.
We warm back up some for the rest of the weekend with a few isolated storms possible late Saturday into Saturday night.
