SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – Fall Fest returns to Sioux City for three days of fall season fun.
The festival starts on October 11 and goes until October 13.
Dozens of family-friendly activities are taking place at local attractions around the community.
On Friday a scarecrow farm in Lawton, Iowa, is offering hayrack rides, a ride on a zipline and the chance to explore a corn maze.
On Saturday children ages 12 and younger are invited to the Sioux City Public Museum to participate in a coloring contest.
Children will get the chance to use their creativity to re-imagine a late 1800s Corn Palace. Coloring pages and supplies will be available at the museum.
On Sunday Cone Park will host “Cone-Acopia Fall Fest” where there’ll be activities for all ages.
Activities for “Cone-Acopia Fall Fest” include a 1-K fun run, food trucks, coffee tastings, a kids scavenger hunt and a 21-plus area with tailgating games.
