SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – A gusty south wind kept blowing mild air into Siouxland as highs went into the mid to upper 70s for most of us.
Clouds will thicken tonight and we’ll see a slight chance of light showers quickly move through.
We’ll then go right back to mostly sunny skies on Saturday with slightly cooler highs in the mid to upper 60s and it won’t be nearly as windy.
Then get ready for some bigger changes to start moving in.
We’ll see a chance of showers and maybe a couple of thunderstorms move in on Sunday with highs in the low 60s.
Then a breezy day on Sunday will turn into a very windy day on Monday and that wind is going to be out of the northwest meaning colder conditions are coming.
Expect highs on Monday to be in the low 50s with chance of showers continuing.
That system then quickly exits leaving us with sunshine on Tuesday but continued cool conditions with highs in the mid 50s.
Wednesday will remain dry and a bit warmer with highs in the upper 50s to near 60.
Then colder weather returns on Thursday when highs may not make it out of the upper 40s under partly cloudy skies with the same kind of weather lingering around on Friday.
