SIOUX CITY (KTIV)- The Sioux City Musketeers fell to the Youngstown Phantoms 4-1 Sunday afternoon at the Tyson Event Center. It was the second time the two teams played in as many days. Sioux City won Saturday’s match-up 2-1.

It only took Youngstown 34 seconds to get on the board. Matthew Cassidy dished the puck to John Beaton who scored giving the Phantoms an early 1-0 lead.

Sioux City answered three minutes later when Tommy Pasanen passed to Ray Christy right in front of the net and Christy fired it by the goalie. It was his first goal of the season and it tied that game 1-1.

The second and third periods belonged to Youngstown. Trevor Kuntar, Reilly Funk, and Jan Kern all netted goals giving the Phantoms the 4-1 win.

Sioux City returns to the ice Friday, November 16th at home against Sioux Falls.
