What’s Cookin’?: Sauage Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of mild breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean)
  • 2 pounds of hot breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean)
  • 4 cups of Bisquick
  • 4 cups of mild shredded cheddar

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix until ingredients are combined.
  2. Roll mix into balls and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Makes around 100 sausage balls and can be served cold, hot or at room temperatures.
