SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The warmest temperatures in the past week moved in today as highs went into the 40s for most of us despite a rather strong northwest wind.
Lows tonight will be staying well above average for this time of year as we only dip a bit below 30 degrees.
Wednesday will not be as windy and temperatures will still go above average with highs almost as warm as what we saw on Tuesday.
The quiet weather pattern will continue with another partly cloudy day expect Thursday with highs closer to 40.
We do cool down some on Friday as highs dip into the low to mid 30s.
However, we'll reverse that trend very quickly as highs get back into the mid 40s on Saturday and near 40 on Sunday as we should stay dry both days.
More clouds will move through Sunday night and while we could keep things dry, we can't completely rule out a quick snow shower in the region.
Next week does bring back cooler weather and that will begin right away on Monday as highs only get into the mid 20s.
Tuesday has a chance of being even cooler than that.
