SERGEANT BLUFF, Iowa (KTIV) - Families gathered at the Sergeant Bluff Community center for holiday fun at the 17th annual Winter Festival Sunday.
The festival had mini-games like pin the nose on Rudolf and Santa toss for the kids. Chili and cinnamon rolls were served for guests to enjoy.
Alex Freeman, the marketing intern for the Sergeant Bluff Parks and Recreation Department, says he's grown up with the festival.
"So, it's kind of a fun moment, that as a kid this was something I came to, and then when I got older I worked the event, and now that I'm the marketing intern I get to go out and promote it," said Freeman. "So, I know what it means to have fun and get together with the whole community and do all this fun stuff."
The event also featured a festival of trees raffle and live music from students of Sergeant Bluff Schools.
