SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The clouds and areas of fog hung tough yet again today and temperatures got very close to average with highs in the upper 20s and lower 30s for most of us.
Not much changes tonight as the low clouds and fog will continue to hover over Siouxland with temperatures not dropping much with lows in the mid 20s.
Clouds and some fog will continue to dominate the region on Thursday with maybe even a slight chance of a light rain or snow shower toward the evening hours.
Highs on Thursday will be in the low to mid 30s.
Thursday night will bring a chance of a little light snow across the region, but amounts should stay under an inch again.
A bit of that light snow could linger into early Friday morning with the rest of the day staying mostly cloudy with highs in the low to mid 30s.
Skies will try to brighten some finally for the weekend and temperatures will respond as well.
Highs on Saturday will get into the upper 30s while Sunday's highs have a chance of reaching the mid 40s.
Conditions could start to turn colder as the day goes along on Monday with highs in the mid 30s although the wind will start to pick up.
A chance of snow will be moving in by Monday night.
Then Tuesday turns much colder with highs only near 20.
