PARKSTON, S.D. (KTIV) -- A Yankton woman has been identified as the person who died early Sunday morning in a one-vehicle crash in southeast South Dakota.

The South Dakota Department Public Safety says at about 4 a.m. Sunday a 2010 Acura TSX was traveling westbound on South Dakota Highway 44, near Parkston. Authorities say the driver lost control on the icy-covered road, entered the south ditch and rolled.

The driver, 30-year-old Quincy Greaves, was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle. Greaves was pronounced dead at the scene. She was the only person involved in the crash.

South Dakota's Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
