SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) - Some toddlers in South Sioux City, Nebraska got to celebrate Valentine's Day Friday with storytime and crafts.
Kids who came with their families were treated with a guest reader, Lieutenant Chris Chernock of the South Sioux City Police Department.
Chernock read three different Valentine's Day themed books for the kids.
After storytime, the toddlers got to create acrylic tie-dye hearts.
The activities were part of the 'Toddler Time' program held in the South Sioux City public library.
