DAKOTA CITY, Nebraska (KITV)- The trial for a Dakota City, Nebraska, woman who is charged with murder has been pushed back for the sixth time.
Melissa Camargo-Flores is charged with the 2018 murder of 24-year-old Kenia Alvarez-Flores of Sioux City.
Camargo-Flores' trial was set to start March 3rd, but will be reset.
A new trial date has not been decided, but it will take place sometime in the month of August.
On April 8th, 2018, police were called to a fatal stabbing outside of the victim's home in the 1200 block of West 14th Street shortly before 8 a.m.
Alvarez-Flores was taken to MercyOne Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
Later, Camargo-Flores was found in the area of 16th and Douglas Street, with bloody gloves and a bloody knife.
According to court documents, in a post-Miranda interview, she admitted to stabbing Alvarez-Flores.
