Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs stew meat
  • 5 tbsp of flour
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 5to 6 potatoes cut up
  • 1 bag carrots
  • 1 (12oz) jar beef gravy
  • 1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes undrained

Directions:

  • Roll meat in flour
  • Put mean in pan with hot oil till meat is cooked.
  • Mix everything into crockpot and cook on low for eight hours.
