Warmer weather here for now with a cold front arriving midweek

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - It was a warm start to our workweek compared to the cool and rainy weather we saw all of last week.

The smoky haze from the western wildfires will continue into tonight and tomorrow with lows tonight warmer in the upper 50s.

Tomorrow will be a warmer day with highs in the mid to upper 80s with hazy sunshine continuing and a stronger south winds at 15 to 25 miles per hour.

We’ll see a cold front moving through on Wednesday so temperatures may cool just a bit with highs in the low 80s.

With the passage of that cold front, will we see more cooling as we head closer to the weekend?

I'll have the latest in your forecast tonight on News 4 at 5, 6, and 10.
