(KTIV) - South Dakota voters are among those in three states casting the first, in-person votes, in the 2020 general election.
September 18 was the first day of for residents of the Rushmore state to cast early ballots in person.
Leaders in each South Dakota county also began mailing absentee ballots to those who requested them. South Dakota reports about 108,000 absentee ballots were requested.
Virginia and Minnesota have also started allowing voters to cast their absentee ballots early.
