KTIV News 4 is taking applications for a Sales Assistant/Marketing Coordinator to assist Account Executives and General and Local Sales Managers with research, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
This position will manage the department’s sales support operations, including avails, proposals, account lists, prepare reports, create sales tools and packages for AE’s and other projects assigned by management. Organize and maintain the department’s marketing files. Assist traffic department with order entry, copy and gatekeeping. Coordinate with other departments on projects as needed.
Computer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Candidate must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills and have the willingness to learn and accept new tasks. Degree in marketing or relevant field preferred. Successful work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or similar position are encouraged to apply.
