More frost tonight with even colder weather expected early next week

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The day looked nice enough out there but you could certainly feel the colder temperatures that moved in.

We’ll again see areas of frost tonight and maybe even a few sprinkles as lows again head into the low 30s.

Because of those temperatures and the fact that northeast Nebraska hasn’t had a hard freeze yet, western Siouxland is in a Freeze Warning tonight into early Friday morning.

Tomorrow will be chilly again with highs in the mid 50s with increasing clouds. Lots of clouds Friday night should hold temperatures a little warmer in the low to mid 40s.

Then Saturday is looking like a bit of a warmer day with highs in the mid 60s.

Temperatures get cold early next week and we may even have a chance of a few snowflakes flying in the air.

I'll have more about a chilly 10-day forecast tonight on News 4 at 5, 6, and 10.
