SIOUX CITY (KTIV) -- Mt. Zion Church in Sioux City continued to celebrate their 120 years of ministry with their inaugural car show Saturday.
Car enthusiasts from around Siouxland gathered in the church parking lot to show off their wheels.
The church also partnered with the Sioux City Police Department for the event.
Prizes like "most likely to get pulled over by the police to look at the car" and "most likely to get away from the police in a high-speed chase" were given out by the SCPD.
Leaders with the event say it was nice to see everyone who came out to the event.
"With all that's going on in the world today, we thought it would just be good to have a community event. To fellowship with one another and also to bring people together," said Pastor Jeremy F. Robertson of Mt. Zion Church.
The show was also a part of their annual Family and Friends Weekend. Pastor Robertson says they hope to continue the car show in the future.
