Two missing 17-year-olds located

PRIMGHAR, Iowa (KTIV) - The O'Brien County Sheriff's Office is reporting the two missing 17-year-olds have been located.


PRIMGHAR, Iowa (KTIV) - The sheriff's office in O'Brien County, Iowa is searching for two missing juveniles last seen on Jan. 11.

According to the O'Brien County Sheriff's Office, they are searching for 17-year-old Paije Bergstrom and 17-year-old Dakota Menter.

Bergstrom is 5' 5", weighs 105 pounds and has blue eyes. Menter is also 5' 5" and is 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities say it is possible both girls have changed their hair color. Additionally, the girls are reportedly driving a red 4-door 2003 Pontiac Grand Am GT with Iowa blackout plates IZV319.

According to authorities, the girls left Sheldon High School at 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 11 and were last seen at a friend's residence in Estherville, Iowa at 3 p.m. The girls stated that they were going to Mankato, Minnesota and Worthington, Minnesota and then on to Oregon.
