ORANGE CITY, Iowa (KTIV) - No injuries were reported Tuesday after a semi accident in Sioux County, Iowa.
According to the Sioux County Sheriff's Office, at about 4:49 p.m. they investigated an accident on Highway 60 three miles south of Orange City.
The sheriff's office says a semi pulling a flatbed trailer loaded with barrels southbound on Highway 60 when the driver lost control of the vehicle, entered a ditch and rolled on its side.
The driver of the semi, 26-year-old Carlos Rodriguez-Perez of Sioux City was uninjured. No other persons were involved with the accident.
The semi sustained about $40,000 in damage.
Rodriguez-Perez was cited for failure to maintain control.
