O'NEILL, Neb. (KTIV) - The North Central District Health Department, which includes Antelope, Knox, Pierce and Holt Counties, says that the vaccine supply has been low.

However, the department is happy with how the process is going and have successfully vaccinated most of their health care workers. Now they are getting ready to move to the next phase of vaccinations.

“We are beginning to register and vaccinate our 75 plus population, so that’s good news and we will begin rolling out registration for the 65 plus population in February,” said Carol Doolittle, the public information officer for the North Central District Health Department.

Doolittle also said residents in the department's health district can visit their website to fill out important forms regarding the vaccination process.

"We have it mapped out on our phases that we’re in and there’s a survey attached to each phase so if you feel you belong in a certain category, that would be the survey that you complete. And then there’s also an option for the general public to be able to fill out a survey if you feel like you wanna be on a list but you don’t really qualify yet," added Doolittle.
