Siouxland District Health’s phone line closed for the day, appointments still available for March 8 vaccine clinic

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Siouxland District Health has closed their registration phone line for the day.
Appointments for the health department's March 8 vaccine clinic are still available at this time. Those interested can still head over to SDHD's website to sign-up.
Officials say the phone line will reopen Wednesday at 8 a.m.

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Access to the COVID-19 vaccine is expanding in Woodbury County.
The next open mass vaccination clinic, in the county, will be held on March 8 at the Tyson Events Center.
Sign-up for the event opens today at 3 p.m. You'll be able to visit the Siouxland District Health Department's website here, or call this number: (712) 234-3922.
The groups eligible to register for an appointment to receive the vaccine include anyone in Tiers 1-5 of Phase 1B.

New additions include food, agriculture, and manufacturing workers, people with disabilities, who live in home settings and their direct care staff, people who live and work in congregate settings, and more.
