SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - No injuries have been reported after a structure fire broke out in Sioux City Tuesday afternoon.

Sioux City Fire Rescue responded to the call around 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at Jebro, Inc.

Firefighters say a tank was being decommissioned using a torch, when leftover product caught on fire.

A large cloud of smoke could be seen forming from the fire.

Fire crews say they were able to put out the flames in less than 10 minutes, preventing the fire from spreading.

"The tank was approximately 30 by 24, 100,000 gallons if it was in normal operating use, but at this time it was completely empty. It just had some residue and whatever was in there caught on fire," said Deputy Fire Marshal Joe Rodriguez.
