SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - A hearing is set for later this month to determine whether to move the trial of one of the men charged in a fatal New Year's Day shooting in Sioux City to juvenile court.

The fatal shooting happened on Jan. 1 in the 2600 block of Walker Street in Sioux City, where several people opened fire on a residence with 9-millimeter handguns and an assault-style rifle.

Court records claim Morales did not turn 18 until Jan. 11.

A transfer hearing in his case is set for April 26.
