SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - While it was yet another day of temperatures decently above average, changes are on the way this evening and tonight.
We’ll see showers and thunderstorms developing, especially after 6 pm.
Much of Siouxland has been put into a slight risk of severe storms by the Storm Prediction Center from this evening into tonight.
The thunderstorms that do form will have the chance of producing some large hail and gusty winds with some of the strong storms lasting through about 2 am with lows tonight near 50.
Showers will continue to be possible on Wednesday with a slight chance of thunderstorms, especially in southeastern Siouxland with highs in the low to mid 50s.
Showers will remain likely right on through Thursday as well and it will be breezy and cool with highs near 50.
I'll tell you when our weather pattern will dry out a bit tonight on News 4 at 5, 6, and 10.
