Norfolk Mayor gets COVID-19 vaccine

NORFOLK, Neb. (KTIV) - On Monday, April 19, the mayor of Norfolk got his COVID-19 vaccine at Faith Regional Health Services.

"Getting my vaccine was extremely easy. It’s only a few minutes out of your day, the shot itself is barely detectable, and above all, being vaccinated gives us all the confidence to re-engage in community life!” said Mayor Josh Moenning.

Local health officials continue to urge residents to get their COVID-19 vaccine.

Faith Regional says they have a vaccine clinic scheduled for Friday, April 23. If you're interested, you can call (402) 844-8244 to schedule an appointment.

It'll be located inside the main entrance of the North Medical Office Buildings located at 301 N. 27th Street in Norfolk.
