SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The cold front has moved through and it is bringing some big changes to the area today.

Snow showers have been moving through this morning with the bulk of the activity south of Highway 20.

Most of the snow has melted but there has been some slush on some of our northeast Nebraska roads.

Any snow will be melting this afternoon despite mostly cloudy skies and temperatures struggling to get above 40 degrees.

It will also stay breezy through the afternoon hours.

Temperatures stay in the 40s through Wednesday before more warming works in for the back half of the work week.

More on the winter-like start to the week and the late week warm-up on News 4 Live at Five.
