SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Janet Finzen of Dakota Dunes, South Dakota joined KTIV's Stella Daskalakis on Signal Hill Thursday to help us kick off this year's Grillin' With News 4.

The recipe Finzen showed us how to make was something a little on the ligther side, Smoked Mango Chutney Salmon. The ingredients and directions for the dish can be found below:

  • Ingredients
    • 1 Alaskan Salmon Filet
    • 1 Jar of Mango Chutney
    • 1 Tbsp of Honey
    • 1 Tsp of Soy Sauce
    • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Directions
    1. Place salmon on the grill in tinfoil, skin side down.
    2. Grill on low for about 10 minutes.
    3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together to form a glaze.
    4. Brush the glaze over the filet and continue grilling for 5 more minutes.
    5. Serve immediately.
