(KTIV) - We were able to learn a new recipe thanks to Betty Wragge of Pierce, Nebraska.
She came up to Signal Hill and showed us how to make some Pop Can Chicken.
- 1 whole chicken
- Dr. Pepper or Root Beer
- Season whole chicken.
- Place can of pop in wire holder
- Place chicken butt over can of pop
- Place in grill, cook to 165 degrees for 1.5 hours.
- Add couple teaspoons of Salsa Verde
